    • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
  • Domestic Shipping (Spain – Mainland):
    • Deliveries within mainland Spain will be made via CTT Express with a 24-hour delivery service.
    • Free shipping is available for orders of €80 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
    • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
  • International Shipping (Europe):
    • Deliveries to European destinations will be made via certified mail, ensuring tracking and greater security.
    • Free shipping is available for orders of €150 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
    • Delivery times will depend on the destination country and the local postal service conditions.

2. Returns Policy

  • Returns due to our mistake:
    • If we make an error (incorrect product, defective item, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Returns initiated by the customer:
    • If the customer wishes to return a product because they don’t like it, no longer want it, or made a mistake when placing the order, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • In the event the customer wants to exchange the product for another, they will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new product.
    • To ensure proper handling, it is essential for the customer to contact our customer service team beforehand to receive instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

3. Additional Considerations

  • All orders are subject to product availability at the time of placing the order.
  • In cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting courier services, delivery times may be impacted.
